It would seem a lot of things could fit this statement. Things which can not be humans, but could be alive. So I decided that songs of the war years are suitable for the given statement.
The song says those things, which people will not say in usual words.  With the help of words put to music you can express what you feel.
So, the songs of the war years are not people, but they are really alive. During the Great Patriotic War the song was living spiritual weapons which helped to support the morale of soldiers. Moreover, songs are history, and history is always alive and it will live.  
The songs of the war years will always be alive, as they live in the hearts of our people, in the heart of our great nation, in the hearts of those survivors, who left their houses and came back with those songs.  Songs like "Victory day", "Holy war" became truly great.  Those songs that designated the beginning and the ending of the Great Patriotic War will be remembered by every Russian man, will be handed out from generation to generation.  They will live.
