What is globalization?

Let's discuss the advantages of globalization. An important advantage is that globalization blurs the boundaries between countries and their people. And I think this is a good thing, since we are all brothers and sisters. And if Japan is good at industry, and Germany has a high level of medical care, we should try to unite. I hope that in the nearest future the borders between the countries will be blurred.
On the other hand globalization causes rivalries, as each country attempts to surpass other countries in certain areas. Therefore, it is quite difficult to achieve full globalization. Another disadvantage is that some developing countries are not ready for global competition at this time.
Finally, it must be taken into consideration that all countries have their own interests, which will necessarily leads to conflicts.
