It’s well known that the problem of globalization is very important today. It has both positive and negative sides. First of all, let us try to understand what globalization is?

One cannot deny that the main conductor of the globalization process is the United States. After the Second World war, the United States became a Superpower and economic networks has entangled most of Europe.

Fr om the point of view of supporters, the ideal of globalism is the construction of an earthly Paradise, wh ere humanity will solve all global problems of the world through joint efforts.

From the point of view of opponents of globalism – all this will lead to destruction of the earth civilization. All empires degraded and perished when the main needs of society became "Bread and circuses".

In my view, it is unwise to confront globalization. It gives us a great opportunity to choose. We buy foreign medicines, because they are better. We buy vegetables and fruits that do not grow here — we make a choice in favor of quality and convenience.

In conclusion I want to say that global problems are interconnected. They can only be resolved through an integrated approach based on international cooperation.
