Students showed good knowledge of literature, history and art. Unfortunately, excessive caution of answers prevented our team from the prize-winning place.

Championship of the intellectual game «Brain Ring» SEASON-2014
On March 18, 2014 on the basis of the regional Youth Home the annual championship of the intellectual game «Brain Ring» was held among the participants of professional educational institutions of the city. 8 teams participated in the competition. Our university was represented by 6 students from all faculties of the university: The faculty of technologies, economy and design, The faculty of history and law, The faculty of informational technologies, mathematics and physics, The faculty of philology and cross-cultural communication, The faculty of nature and geography and The institute of pedagogy and psychology.Team captain was Alexander Pyzyrev.
