The Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation informs that in accordance with the decree of the RF Government dated 18.02.2020, No. 338-R (further - the Order), on the territory of the Russian Federation restricted the entry of nationals from the people's Republic of China to implement the labour activity, as well as in private, educational and tourism purposes.
