Professor of the Department of Literature and Russian as a Foreign Language O.A. Buzuev made a presentation at the V International Scientific and Practical Conference on Literature and Journalism of the Asia-Pacific Countries
On November 18, O.A. Buzuev (Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Literature and Russian as a Foreign Language) made a report at the plenary session of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference on Literature and Journalism of the Asia-Pacific Region (Khabarovsk) on the topic "On the Way to Success: Publishing Policy of the Journal" Frontier "in 1920-1930 years." O.A. Buzuev is the largest scientist in the field of studying literature of Russian abroad in the Far East, the author of more than a hundred publications on the subject of Russian Abroad.
The conference was organized by the Journalism Department of the TOGO Institute of Social and Political Technologies and Communications online. The plenary session was held with the participation of leading scientists of the Pacific State University, as well as representatives of the media of the Far Eastern region.
The following sections worked in the framework of the conference:
• Literature and journalism of Asia-Pacific countries in the dialogue of cultures of the West and East.
• Philological aspects of intercultural communication in literature and journalism of Russian abroad of the Far East.

• History, theory and practice of journalism.
• Problems of intercultural communication in university teaching.
Following the results of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference on Literature and Journalism of the Asia-Pacific Countries, a collection of reports by its participants will be prepared and published.
