The delegation of the ASUHP took part in the "round table" dedicated to the conservation of Amur fish resources
On September 14, 2021, the head of the scientific and Educational Center for the development of the Nanai language and Culture, I. K. Badikova, took part in a round table dedicated to the conservation of the Amur River bio-resources.The senator of the Russian Federation Sergey V. Bezdenezhnykh, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory Pavel V. Simigin, the fishermen, environmentalists, students of the Faculty of Natural Geography of ASUHP, representatives of the Public Council of Komsomolsk-on-Amur participated in the discussion of urgent environmental problems and the search for ways to solve them.
Among the issues discussed were the increase in the number of arrivals and uncontrolled fishing in the spawning grounds of salmon breeds, the efficiency of fish reproduction, as well as proposals for preserving the population of the biological diversity of the Amur river, the need for an integrated approach to solving these issues was identified.
