The Diplomas festivities for students of the Demography project

The project "Demography", organized by our university together with the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Moscow, ended with the diplomas festivities.
The training of citizens took place within the framework of the federal project "Employment Promotion" of the national project "Demography".
The program of organization of vocational training and additional vocational education for certain categories of citizens is designed for the period up to 2024. The purpose of the program is to promote the employment of certain categories of citizens by organizing vocational training and additional vocational education for the acquisition or development of existing knowledge, competencies and skills that ensure competitiveness and professional mobility in the labor market.
The Demography project implemented 4 professional retraining programs: "Pedagogical education" profile "Primary education"; "Psychological and pedagogical education" profile "Preschool education"; "Pedagogy of inclusive education"; "Junior educator".
The Citizens were accepted for training by category:
1. Citizens aged 50 years and older;
2. Citizens who are looking for work and have applied to the employment service bodies;
3. Unemployed citizens;
4. Citizens of pre-retirement age;
5. Women on parental leave;
6. Women who are not in labor relations and have children of preschool age.
The training of 34 trainees under the Demography project took place in full-time with the use of remote technologies from 11.10.2021 to 29.11.2021.
The final certification took place on November 25, 2021, during which the students presented reports on the proposed relevant topics and supported them with meaningful presentations. The chairmen of the final attestation commissions noted a good level of training of students.
At the end of the training, the diplomas festivities took place. The acting rector of our university, V.S. Bavykin, and the director of Institute of Distant and Additional Education, N.V. Zaitseva, solemnly presented the students with diplomas of the established sample. In response, our students expressed gratitude to the university, IDAE and the Department of Professional retraining and Additional Education and presented a letter of gratitude.
