From March 21 to March 25, 2022, the Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy hosts a practice-oriented seminar "Pedagogy of a temporary children's collective", which has been held at the university since 2017 thanks to the partnership and cooperation agreement between the Amur Humanitarian and Pedagogical State University and the All-Russian Children's Center "Ocean".“Ocean” is one of the four leading centers of additional education in our country, along with Artek, Orlenok and Smena. Such cooperation opens up new opportunities for teachers of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, both current and future.
Within the framework of the seminar, more than 170 students of ASUHP, KnaSTU, secondary specialized and general educational institutions of the city are trained to organize summer recreation for children and adolescents of the region.
The work of the seminar includes:

- the specifics of working with a children's team;
- the system of squad work (games, types of games, impromptu affairs, STI, CTD);
- work with children's self-government bodies;
- age characteristics of children;
- solving pedagogical situations;
- maintenance of pedagogical documentation;
- methods of working with parents;
- methods of organizing and conducting cultural events.
According to the results of the work, the best students of ASUHP will become a part of the student pedagogical team of the All-Russian Children's Center "Ocean".
