A creative meeting with poetess N.V. Ivlieva took place at FPIC
A creative meeting with the wonderful poet Natalia Vasilyevna Ivlieva took place at the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication. The event was organized by the Department of Literature and Russian as a Foreign Language (Head of the department E.E. Zharikova).
Ivlieva Natalia Vasilyevna, a graduate of FPIC, in the period from 2018-2019, headed the poetry club "Wings of the soul" at the cultural center of Aircraft Manufacturers. Currently, she is the Deputy chairman of the G.N. Khlebnikov Public Writers' Organization.
A presentation was made for the participants of the event, revealing the biography of the poetess and her multifaceted activities. The students learned that Ivlieva N.V. is a prize–winner of various city and international creative competitions (the Tenth International Haiku Poetry Competition in Russian (Moscow), the international literary and artistic competition "Real Help" (Saratov), the winner of the first degree in the Journalism category of the literary competition "High-flying Creativity" PJSC Sukhoi Companies (2020).
At the request of those present, Natalia Ivlieva read poems and presented her new collection of lyrical texts "Living Words" (the book became the first printed edition of the novice author). The preface to the collection talks about the power of the poetic word, about the poet as a healer of human souls. The themes of her works include philosophical, Orthodox and landscape lyrics, themes of Homeland and literature in general. The poetess's poems are distinguished by the lightness of style and at the same time by the depth of thought and the brightness of images. At the end of the event, Natalia Vasilyevna presented the Department of Literature and Russian as a foreign language with the collection "Living Words".
For students of philology and teachers of the department, connoisseurs of the poetic genre, the meeting with Ivlieva N.V. proved once again that talented people live and create wonderful works not only in the capital, but also in the most remote corners of our vast country.
The Initiation of students took place at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology
On October 20, in the assembly hall of our university, the solemn Dedication of the first-year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology to the students of the Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy took place. The festival was attended by students of the institute, first-year curators and teachers of our departments.
Each group of freshmen showed their creatively on stage: the students sang a lot, danced, showed funny skits, spoke English, and had a lot of fun. The organizers of the Initiation, students of the 2nd and 3rd courses, conducted tests for all newcomers and determined by audience voting the group that became the best in terms of its image and presentation – POdoiso-14/B.
Special thanks are expressed to the ASUHP Students' union, which helped the freshmen with the tea party.
The qualifying stage of the inter-faculty rapid chess tournament was held at the Faculty of History and Law
On October 18 and 19, the Faculty of History and Law hosted the qualifying stage of the inter-faculty rapid chess tournament. The chess tournament was dedicated to the All-Russian Chess Olympiad in 1920.
The All-Russian Chess Olympiad was held from October 4 to October 24, 1920 in Moscow. Later, this tournament was acknowledged as the first USSR Championship. 16 participants from 8 cities took part in the Olympiad, including five masters: A.A. Alekhine, B.M. Blumenfeld, G.J. Levenfish, A.I. Rabinovich and I.L. Rabinovich. Throughout the tournament, A.A. Alekhine was in the lead, who became the first champion of Soviet Russia (12 points); P.A. Romanovsky took 2nd place (11 points; awarded the title of master); G.J. Levenfish took 3rd place (10). The format of the game has become rapid, a type of chess game with limited time for reflection, where each player is given more than 10 minutes for the entire game, but less than an hour.
The chess tournament at the Faculty of History and Law was organized and conducted on the initiative and with the assistance of Deputy Dean I.V. Filatova by 2nd year student Viktor Reznik (POio-22 group). His groupmate Vasily Ulyanov actively helped him with the tournament.
The qualifying stage of the tournament – on October 18 (main day) and 19 (reserve reserve day) – was attended by 10 students, including 8 students of 1-3 courses of Faculty of History and Law – Veliyev Anar (POio-12), Chekryshkin Dmitry (POio-12), Tachetdinov Lenar (POII-13), Babitsky Andrey (POio-22), Vasily Gordienko (POio-22), Maxim Seredochny, Maria Fedotova (POII-23), Evgeny Chernyshev (POip-31) and 2 2nd year students of the Natural Geography Faculty – Olga Manokhina (POgb-21) and Victoria Manokhina (POgb-21). All participants of the tournament were divided into two subgroups A and B. Viktor Reznik served as the tournament host and chief referee, Vasily Ulyanov as the referee. The qualifying rounds were held in the presence of fans – students of the 1st– 4th courses of Faculty of History and Law and an invited guest - Associate Professor of the Department of History, Philosophy and Law V.V. Ivanov.
According to the results of all qualifying games, Andrey Babitsky (1st place), Olga Manokhina (2nd place), Maxim Seredochny (3rd place) became the winners.
The Dean's office expresses special gratitude to Valery V. Savchuk, a teacher of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines, for his help in organizing the tournament.
Students of the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication took part in the teleconference "Russian-Chinese Student Dialogue"
Teachers of the Department of Romano-Germanic and Oriental Languages, with the assistance of teachers and students of the Harbin University branch in Rongcheng, held a teleconference "Russian-Chinese Student dialogue".
On October 22, 2022, teachers of the Department of Romano-Germanic and Oriental Languages held a teleconference "Russian-Chinese Student Dialogue" on the basis of Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy. The purpose of the event was to highlight the socio-cultural aspects of the life of Russian and Chinese students, as well as the development of cultural dialogue and international youth cooperation.
The event was attended by students of ASUHP, who study Chinese, as well as students of the Harbin Technical University branch in the city of Rongcheng, who study Russian. During the teleconference, the main directions of cultural and leisure activities of students from Russia and China were discussed. FPIC Chinese studies students Olga Polishchuk (POia-43), Nadia Nefedova (LG-29), Ksenia Tabaeva (LG-29) and Elizaveta Fedunova (POia-33) spoke in Chinese about such leisure activities for modern youth in Russia as participation in cosplay, board game championships, attanding music concerts, speaking clubs for learning foreign languages, and more. Students from China spoke about the fascination of modern Chinese youth with computer games, role-playing detective games, sports and music, and more. The participants were asked questions about the topics of the reports, thereby confirming the interest and desire of the students of the two countries for interaction and live communication. The students found a lot in common in the field of leisure activities of modern youth of the two countries, in addition, they learned a lot of new things for themselves both in the linguistic aspect and in the aspect of modern culture of China and Russia.
For educational purposes, teachers, together with students from our university and from a Chinese university, have created a group chat on a social network for information exchange and live communication between students.
The participants of the teleconference expressed a desire to repeat the event. Therefore, we hope that this format of interaction between students from Russia and China will take root and become traditional.
"Initiation into Students" celebration at the Department of Romano-Germanic and Oriental Languages of the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication
Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication has welcomed new members!
On October 20, 2022, the initiation into students for the fresheners of the directions 45.03.02 "Linguistics (Translation and Translation studies)" and 44.03.05 "Pedagogical education (Foreign language (first) and foreign language (second))" took place. Senior students prepared games in the "Svoya Igra" format, various skits on student life and quizzes for the children. The culprits of the celebration themselves did not stand aside and expressed themselves through presentations in video format and sketches. There was an atmosphere of warmth and friendship all around, and it was clear that the celebration would remain in the memory of the students as one of the most enjoyable events of their student days. The event ended with a beautiful song from 4th year student Yulia Ipolitova and the presentation of the gradebooks by the dean of the faculty, K.V. Borovikova.
The event was organized by the 3rd year students. We sincerely thank them and wish the freshmen excellent studies, strength and success! The first step into a bright future has been taken! Welcome to our faculty.
The graduate student of ASUHP became the winner of the International competition of theses
The scientific research of Andrey Gubanov, a graduate student of the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication at Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy in 2022, was awarded a high award at the International Competition of theses.
The competition was held in Nizhny Novgorod on the initiative of the "Professional Science". Andrey's scientific work on the topic "Linguistic features of the translation of film text (based on the material of English and Chinese)" won prizes in 2 nominations: 1st place in the nomination "Research in a foreign language" and 2nd place in the nomination "Thesis". The work was carried out under the supervision of Natalia V. Savartseva, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Romano-Germanic and Oriental Languages.

International students defended the theses at the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication
Due to the coronavirus, 4th-year students of the training area 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" profile "Russian language" have been studying remotely since February 2020. Teachers of the Department of Literature and Russian as a foreign language (Zharikova E.E., Gorbatskaya O.Yu., Yakimova A.V.) not only prepared lectures, video lectures, electronic learning assignments, tests for them, but also helped them to be ready for their bachelor's thesis. All works were prepared remotely. This is the sixth case in the practice of ASUHP.
As a result, on October 20, 2022, the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication held successfully the final qualifying papers session of foreign 4th-year bachelors in the direction of 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" profile "Russian language". Both graduates got “B”.

Students of ASUHP became judges in the regional festival
On October 18, 2022, third-year students of the Faculty of Natural Geography, together with teachers of PE department Popova I.A. and Yurina A.S., took part as judges and volunteers in the Regional sports and Recreation festival of the GTO "Conquer yourself".
This festival was held for children with special needs.
A large entrepreneurial tournament was held at the Technopark of ASUHP
On 18.10.2022, a "Big Entrepreneurial Tournament" was held in the coworking area of the Technopark of Universal Pedagogical Competencies.
The tournament was organized by the “Captains” Charitable Foundation for Educational Programs.
The game within the framework of a large entrepreneurial tournament is a multidisciplinary game simulator of business activities and the creation of individual income.
The aim of the project is to find talented young people in the field of business design and entrepreneurship, increase the level of entrepreneurial readiness of young people, increase the complexity of strategic thinking and social activity.
The tournament was attended by teams of students from ASUHP in the fields of Business Informatics, Economics and Management.

Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication students won prizes in the All-Russian competition of translations from Chinese into Russian
The Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Irkutsk, together with the Confucius Institute of Irkutsk State University, held a competition for written literary translation from Chinese into Russian from 05.10. to 09.10.2022, which was held as part of the events dedicated to the Day of Education of the People's Republic of China.
The competition was held in correspondence (distance) form in two categories: "Prose" and "Poetry", in two age groups: 15-25 years and 26-45 years. The contestants were asked to prepare a translation of the proposed text from Chinese into Russian, as well as to make a calligraphic copy of the specified text passage.
More than 350 manuscripts of the participants were presented at the competition.
The members of the competition jury, headed by the chairman, Consul for Education Zhao Chunlu, determined the winners, among whom were students of our university: Daria Kozina (LG-39 group) and Semyon Solodov (LG-39 group) took 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, in the Prose category in the age category from 15 to 25 years old.
Congratulations to Daria and Semyon and wish them success in their further translation work!

On October 13 and 14, 2022, events within the framework of the NAUKA 0+ All-Russian Science Festival CREATING THE FUTURE took place on the basis of ASUHP.
On October 13, schoolchildren and students listened to interactive lectures by Candidate of Biological Sciences E.V. Safonova "Cells, tissues and medicine of the future" and Candidate of Biological Sciences N.Y. Chulkova "Secrets of the human brain", attended an excursion to the Interactive Museum of the Technopark of ASUHP "The twelfth Year Thunderstorm. On the 210th anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812", which was conducted by Candidate of Historical Sciences V.V. Ivanov.
On October 14, high school students, led by O.V. Samko, PhD, conducted experiments in the Chemical Laboratory "Chromium: bright, colorful, amazing", took part in an interactive lecture by N.Y. Chulkova, PhD, "The Future of sensory systems", and together with I.K. Badikova, PhD, conducted an ethnographic the quest "Roads of Dersu". And students of grades 6-8 proved themselves in the competition "Robot Racing. Figure driving".
During the two days of the event, 120 people from Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Amursk, and the villages of Komsomolsk and Amur municipal districts of the region visited ASUHP.

A 15x4 Lecture Hall was held at ASUHP as part of the Science Festival 2022
On October 15, a joint event of the popular science lecture hall "LIKEY" and ASUHP took place.
Ilya Seredenin spoke about the main hypotheses of the origin of language and speech in humans, Ekaterina Safonova told about predatory plants, Maxim Ponomarev told the audience a lot of interesting things about the structure of volcanoes, and Alexander Biryukov explained what apophenia is and why we tend to look for patterns even where there are none.
The lecture hall's performance at the Science Festival at the Pedagogical University attracted the attention of a large number of Komsomolsk citizens. In addition to residents of the city of youth, guests from Amursk, Solnechny and the village of Parin came to the lecture hall.
The 15x4 format, well-known in the scientific and pop environment, which we proposed at this performance, was warmly welcomed by the audience and, as they say, went off with a bang. The "change of scenery," the lecturers, and the alternation of more complex and easier topics allowed the audience to "not get bored" and interact more actively with the speakers by asking them a large number of questions.
We will continue to try to offer our viewers interesting topics and unusual formats.
On October 5, 1st year students of the Faculty of Vocational Education attended the play "Three Blind Mice, based on Agatha Christie's play "The Mousetrap" at the Theater of the Young Spectator.
The performance lasted 2 hours with an intermission. Before the performance, the presenter told about the actor's Laboratory, where anyone can come to the theater, take acting courses and perform in theater performances.
The students liked the interior design of the theater. The performance also made an impression, there were many discussions during the intermission. The play was in the "detective" genre, and none of the students could foresee the finale of the play, which made everyone pleasantly surprised. The students expressed a desire to attend this kind of event again.
Tsvetaevsky bonfire in October
On October 13, students of the Faculty of Philology and Intercultural Communication, under the guidance of the curator, Associate professor of the Department of Russian, E.R. Drozdova, took an active part in the cultural and educational campaign "Tsvetaevsky Bonfire", which was conducted by the Center for Extracurricular Activities "Yunost". In honor of the 130th anniversary of the birth of the Russian poetess Marina Tsvetaeva, a creative evening was held in the format of an apartment party.
In a chamber setting, the participants of the action read the works of Marina Tsvetaeva, sang songs based on the poems of the poetess. The organizers created an incredibly warm and cozy atmosphere, which all those present immersed themselves in. The atmosphere of the evening was complemented by hot tea and "Tsvetaevsky pie".
The Department of Russian Language thanks the Center for Extracurricular Activities "Yunost" and looks forward to further cooperation.
The "Girls' BUM" took place at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology
On October 14, the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology hosted the educational and entertaining game "Girl BUM", dedicated to the International Day of Girls.
On October 11, the world celebrates International Girls' Day, which appeared thanks to the UN General Assembly. 2nd year students took part in the game. The participants competed in the knowledge of girlish tricks, practiced cooking and creatively presented their ideas.
Future teachers of Russian language and literature were initiated into students in the style of "Harry Potter"
The Dedication to Students holiday was held for 1st year students of the direction "Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)" "Russian language" and "Literature".
On October 14, 2022, the most long–awaited event of every freshman took place - the initiation of future teachers of Russian language and literature into students in the style of "Harry Potter". However, by the time the holiday began, they had no idea what to expect. This time, the 1st year students plunged into the mysterious atmosphere of Hogwarts School, both literally and figuratively. At the entrance to the hall, they were greeted by a "Distribution Hat", a magic wand, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, who acted as actors.
The 2nd year students have prepared tests with original staging and tasks for our new family members. They put all their efforts into creating an atmosphere of mystery and magic. During the tests, the 1st-year philologists were asked to determine the meaning of words, make anagrams, guess the poet or writer's quote, the name of the artwork, and so on. The response from the freshmen was a presentation revealing the hobbies and interests of the students. At the end of the dedication, the philologists of the 1st year said the oath of a student of the Faculty of Philology and received credit books from the hands of the dean of FPICE Borovikova K.V.
Russian as a Foreign language Department (head E.E. Zharikova) and the Department of Russian Language (head I.A. Avdeenko) became the organizers of this wonderful holiday. Teachers and senior students wish freshmen health, excellent studies, energy and creative realization!
"Health Day" for students of Faculty of Technology, Economics and Design
The students of the 1st and 2nd years, under the guidance of their supervisor Kislinskikh Yu.V., held a sports and entertainment event "Health Day" on the territory of the Silinsky Park.
"Health is an important characteristic for every person. It is not necessary to wait for April 7 to celebrate a holiday dedicated to it," the students say.
Such a meeting of "yesterday's schoolchildren" in an informal setting not only benefited their health, but also brought together a still fragile team.
The Students of the Federal Vocational School took a trip to the world of the backstage of the Drama Theater
A backstage tour is a journey that opens doors that are usually closed to outsiders.
First-year students of the Federal Vocational School took a tour of the theater backstage.
Students and teachers visited the big and small stages, visited sewing, prop, hairdressing, art, costume, prop shops, and also looked into the actors' dressing rooms and the rehearsal hall.
The tour told the history of the theater. The students learned how any performance is created: it consists not only of the work of the director and actors, but also of the artist, production team, sound engineer and other theater staff.
Thank you Komsomolsk-on-Amur Drama Theater for an interesting tour! This is not just a tour of the theater, but a wonderful lecture about the history of the theater, the actors, told with great love for the material presented.
Students of ASUHP visited the exhibition of numismatic objects
On September 29, 2022, students of the Faculty of Economics and Design together with teachers of the Department of Economics visited the Museum of Fine Arts, where they saw the exhibition "The Battle and Heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812. The monuments of their fund of the Numismatics Department of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts".
The students got acquainted with numismatic objects and personal belongings of participants in memorable battles: medals, medallions, personal seals. Some of the exhibits were displayed in other cities’ museums for the first time.
