In the summer of 2021, a group of ten people completed their training at the retraining program "Teaching Russian as a foreign language". The program was developed by teachers of the Department of Literature and Russian as a foreign language of ASUHP. Russian language proficiency levels were studied during the online training, typical situations and the most popular topics of communication in a foreign audience were examined, the requirements for the speech skills of students were understood, technological maps of Russian language lessons were studied, as well as modern approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language. Also, the students passed an introductory practice and independently conducted Skype classes in a group of foreign students of the training direction 44.03.05 "Linguistics" profile "Translation and Translation Studies". We hope that in the future, certified specialists will be able to find a job in Russia and abroad in Russian language training centers for foreign citizens. This summer, students of different courses of the Faculty of History and Law of the ASUHP had the opportunity to participate in an archaeological expedition. The excavations are carried out as part of the security and rescue work on two monuments of the Late Middle Ages-the settlement and the settlement of the Daurovs, a people related to the Khitans who lived on the territory of the Amur Region on the rivers Zeya and Bureya. On February 15 and March 3, 2021, the director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology and students of the 5th year took an active part in the scientific and practical conferences "The future begins today" in Lyceum No. 1 and "First steps in science" on the basis of the school named after Hero of the Soviet Union A. P. Maresyev "Discovery". On the basis of the Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth, the traditional contest "Miss ASUHP" was held. It was attended by 8 representatives of all faculties of the Pedagogical University. The nominees for the title presented a self-presentation performance and demonstrated their erudition in the intellectual competition. Then the girls presented creative performances, performing songs and dances, as well as a neon show. The final competition was a fashion show, which was attended by male representatives of the university students. Based on the results of creative performances and competitions, the jury awarded the title "Miss ASUHP–2021" to Karolina Karpinskaya, a student of the Faculty of Nature and Geography. Elizaveta Shmakova, a 1st-year student of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines, became the "Vice-Miss of ASUHP".

On March 2, an information and educational event was held in the dormitory No. 2, the purpose of which was to draw students ' attention to the problem of their own safety and increase their awareness of the problem of drug addiction. Students of the PPO(PP)-21 group (A. Bayrachnaya, S. Belova, N. Vataga, N. Erkina, E. Lazareva, A. Fedorova, S. Solovyova) took part in the preparation and holding of the event under the guidance of the curator of the group E. N. Katkova. The event included three information tents "Giving up drugs", a quiz on the knowledge of the consequences of drug use and a quest "Web" to recognize the myths and temptations that people face in the modern world. Students had the opportunity to discover their awareness of the issues of recognizing the symptoms of substance use, the patterns of drug addiction and its consequences for a person. The participants of the event got acquainted with the real stories of drug addicts with many years of experience who found the strength to give up drugs. Successful completion of tasks by students was rewarded with a sweet prize, which brightened up the evening of the students of the hostel.

From February 15 to 25, 2021, the Department of Foreign Languages of the ASYHP held an Open competition of multimedia presentations and videos among students of higher education institutions of the Russian Federation and secondary schools of the Khabarovsk Territory. To participate in the competition, you had to create a multimedia project with a volume of 10-15 slides or a video on a given topic. The competition was held in a foreign language. The competition was attended by 49 students from 10 higher educational institutions of Russia and 15 students from 5 general educational institutions of the Khabarovsk Territory, the total number of submitted works is 31. When evaluating the works, the jury was guided by the following criteria: a) the completeness of the content, the logic of the presentation; b) the originality of the idea; c) the literacy of the presentation of the material in a foreign language; d) the aesthetics of the design; e) the technical complexity of the execution.

Danilova successfully completed advanced training on the YURAYT educational platform, using the opportunities of the new digital educational environment. The online intensive of the VIII Winter School of the teacher-2021 "Trends in digital education" was held from January 25 to 29 and ended with the final testing. Twice a year, the Teacher's School brings together professionals in the field of education from 85 regions of Russia and a number of neighboring countries. The Winter School of 2021 allowed participants to learn how to form individual educational trajectories, understand the principles of developing digital educational and methodological complexes, conduct project training and develop models for student employment, analyze educational trends based on big data, and motivate students through various game methods and interactive activities. On February 24, 2021, as part of the educational technological (design and technological) practice, students of the Faculty of Technology, Economics and Design visited the Engineering School of Komsomolsk-on-Amur city. The Director Cheremukhin Peter Sergeevich conducted a tour of the engineering school, familiarized students with the organizational structure of the school, the main areas of activity, which are aimed at developing students ' engineering-projective and innovative thinking, the formation of design skills, modeling of technological processes. The Students attended the technology lessons of V. Y. Dolgov and D. N. Makarycheva, graduates of the Faculty of Technology, Economics and Design. So, Vladimir Yuryevich demonstrated the modeling and manufacturing of a keychain with the style of an engineering school on a laser engraving milling machine with a CNC. Darya Nikolaevna introduced the use of modern innovative equipment in the lessons: a document camera, an interactive graphic tablet, a sewing and embroidery machine. In the halography room, students got acquainted with the equipment (developed by Skolkovo engineers), which allows them to study the internal structure of cells and mechanisms in 3D format: a 3D monitor, 3D glasses, and special software.

From February 3 to 15, 2021, the educational center "Confucius Institute" and the Engineering School of Komsomolsk-on-Amur together with the Information and Methodological Center of Komsomolsk-on-Amur held a city online contest on the hieroglyph "Keys in drawings" among students of secondary schools in the city and district. To participate in the competition, you had to draw a picture that would display one of the graphemes of the Chinese language in an artistic form, using stylization elements. The drawing was supposed to display the meaning of the element being depicted. The competition became extremely popular among schoolchildren, more than 170 students from 16 schools of the city and district took part in it, and the total number of submitted works exceeded 200, since an unlimited number of works were accepted from one participant. The competition was held in two stages: at the first stage, about 50 works were selected from the total number of works, which passed to the second stage, and three prize-winners in each category were selected from among the finalists-participants of the second stage.

Komsomolsk-on-Amur joined the All-Russian campaign "Protect the memory of heroes". Within its framework, students of Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy, deputies of the city and regional Duma, representatives of political parties and military-patriotic clubs laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at the Memorial Complex.
