Accommodation

FEELTA has been able to secure accommodation for conference participants on the conference site itself, in the hostel of Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy. This hostel, including the accommodation, offers modern facilities in a spacious setting. A number of city hotels are provided as well, all of which are within easy reach from the conference site.

1. Four kinds of accommodation are available on-campus:

A limited number of double rooms “Superior” at 2600 rubles per person per night (3 rooms).

Double rooms “Standard” at 900 rubles per person per night (6 rooms).

Double rooms “Economy” at 900 rubles per person per night (20 rooms).

Triple, Quadruple rooms “Economy” at 250 rubles per person per night (50 rooms).

2. Hotel “Voskhod”

Location: Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Pervostroiteley prospect, B. 31 (the central part of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a 15-minute bus journey to the conference site)

The cost of "BB" (Bed & Breakfast):

Standard Single - 2 750 rubles per person per night

Standard Double - 3 200 rubles per room per night – meaning 1600 rubles per person per night.

Standard Plus – 3300 rubles per person per night

Comfort – 3600 rubles per person per night

Standard triple – 4 200 rubles per room per night – meaning 1400 rubles per person per night.

Business – 4600 rubles per room per night

Studio – 5400 rubles per room per night

Payment for reservation: 25% of the first day

3. Hotel “Kosmos”

Location: Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Lenin Prospect, B. 36b (the central part of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a 15-minute bus journey to the conference site)

Number of rooms: 31

Types of rooms: Suite, Junior Suite, Comfort, Standard Plus, Comfort, Standard

Cost:

Triple Economy – 1000 rubles per person per night

Double Standard – 2200 rubles per room per night – meaning 1100 rubles per person per night

Double Standard Plus – 2400 rubles per room per night – meaning 1200 rubles per person per night

Double Comfort Plus– 3400 rubles per room per night – meaning 1700 rubles per person per night

Junior Suite – 4500 rubles per room per night

4. Hotel “Business Center”

Location: Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Dzerdzhinskogo Street, B. 3 (a 5-minute walk to the conference site)

The cost:

Standard Single - 2 600 rubles per person per night

The room description: single bed, private bathroom with bath or shower, disposable sanitary facilities, hairdryer, telephone, TV, mini-bar, electric kettle and tea accessories, air conditioning, Internet.

Standard Single “Double” - 2800 rubles per room per night

The room description: double bed, private bathroom with bath or shower, disposable sanitary facilities, hairdryer, telephone, TV, mini-bar, electric kettle and tea accessories, air conditioning, Internet.

Double Standard - 2800 rubles per room per night – meaning 1400 rubles per person per night.

The room description: two single beds, private bathroom with shower, disposable sanitary facilities, hairdryer, telephone, TV, mini-bar, electric kettle and tea accessories, air conditioning, Internet.

Junior Suite - 3500

The room description: double bed, private bathroom with bath or shower, disposable sanitary facilities, hairdryer, telephone, TV, mini-bar, electric kettle and tea accessories, air conditioning, Internet.

Suite - 4900

The room description: double room, double bed, sofa bed, telephone, TV, mini - bar, electric kettle and tea accessories, air conditioning, internet. In the bathroom: private bathroom with shower or bath, hygiene supplies, hair dryer, WC.

Breakfast is included into the room cost.

5. Hotel “Visit”

Location: Kirova Street, B.25 (a 10-minute walk to the conference site)

Cost:

Room description: The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for work and leisure: satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, wireless internet, fire alarm system.

The hotel complex includes laundry facilities, cafe, conference room, beauty salon, full service business center, express mail DHL. The cafe offers European dishes, exotic desserts, lunch and dinner service in the room.

6. Hotel “City” (**** business class hotel)

Location: Kirova Street, B.2 (a 10-minute walk to the conference site)

Cost:

Comfort - 2 500 rubles per room per night

Comfort Double – 2800 rubles per room per night – meaning 1400 rubles per person per night.

Junior Suite – 3000 rubles per room per night

Internet: Free Wi-Fi

Parking: Free guarded

Pets: Аnimals Friendly

You can reserve these rooms only by contacting Julia Krasnoperova at <pona77@mail.ru> directly. Please do not attempt to contact the university about this as they are not equipped to deal with individual accommodation enquiries. When you contact Julia, please give all of the following details:

1. Name and email address, mobile telephone number (if available)

2. Check-in date

3. Check-out date

4. Type of accommodation (single, twin for single use, twin for double use) you would like

If you would like to share a room with somebody you know and that person has agreed to share, please include the sentence “I would like to share my twin room for double use with” and then give the name of your room-mate. You are then responsible for making sure that your room-mate makes an application for a twin room for double use naming you as their room-mate. If we do not receive such an application from your room-mate, we will assign you to a twin room for single use.

If you would like to use a twin room for double use but would like us to find someone with whom you can share the room, in your email please give your gender by saying “I am [female/male] and would like you to assign me a room-mate of the same gender”. Whilst every effort will be made to find you a room-mate please understand that, especially with late applications, this might not be possible.

Please include all of this information in one email in order to streamline the process at our end.

Payment for the rooms is due on check-in (no advance payments) and is to be made in CASH in rubles or US dollars (depends on the type of accommodation) for the total of nights you have reserved.
