The three-day Conference will start on Monday (June 23) and end on Wednesday (June 25). A programme of events will be arranged for delegates during the daytime and evenings. Details, times and venues will be in the Conference Handbook, handed to delegates at the conference. Preliminary details are:
June 23
Cheese and Wine Party
All conference participants are invited to the welcome reception where you will meet old and make new friends, enjoy performances of Russian folk songs and dances (for all conference participants).
June 24
City tour with a site-visit to Verhnyaya Econ Village (a ticketed event, dependent on number of participants).
A guided bus tour around Komsomolsk-on-Amur with a site-visit to Verhnyaya Econ Village which is located on the right bank of the Amur River. The village is proud of their Museum of Nanai history, located in one of the village schools. Exact tour details will be provided closer to the conference date. June 25
Amur River Boat Trip (a ticketed event, dependent on number of participants).
A one-hour boat trip will take you along the Amur river so that you can see the city of Komsomolsk at its best. You can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Amur river, fresh air and communication with colleagues. Exact tour details will be provided closer to the conference date.
